The Corporate Finance team is focused on providing strategic financial advice to mid and small cap companies across the broad range of industry sectors covered by our highly regarded Research analysts.

The senior professionals in the Corporate Finance team have many years experience at major investment banks advising companies of all sizes, from small cap through to FTSE100 companies.

We advise growth companies at all stages of their development, including:

• Pre-IPO
• Flotation (Main Market and AIM)
• Secondary fundraisings (both public and private markets with access to a broad spectrum of investors)
• Strategic events (e.g. public offers, acquisitions, disposals, returns of capital etc)
