Singer Capital Markets advises City of London Investment Group PLC on its introduction to the the Official List

On 29 October City of London Investment Group PLC announced that its shares had been moved from AIM to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.  The Company’s ticker will remain ‘CLIG’.

Barry Olliff, Chief Executive Officer, said, “Our admission to the main list of the London Stock Exchange after four years on AIM seems like a coming of age.  During the last four years, I believe that we have demonstrated to shareholders that our team-based culture and risk-averse business model can generate both superior investment performance and meaningful dividends.  We are looking forward to the next phase of our growth.”
