Singer advises Business Systems Group on a Recommended Offer from Advanced Computer Software for £16.3 million

Singer Capital Markets advised Business Systems Group (BSG) in relation to a recommended £16.3 million cash offer from Advanced Computer Software (ACS).  Under the terms of the offer, BSG shareholders will receive 19.11 pence a share.  This price represents a 57 per cent premium to the average closing price in the last three months.
