Singer advises Critical Information Group on its placing and admission to AIM

Singer Capital Markets acted as Nominated Adviser & Broker to Critical Information Group (AIM:CIG) on its placing and admission to AIM on 25 June 2009.

CIG is a newly incorporated company that has been established by David Smith and Tony Foye (ex Taylor Francis and Informa) to acquire media companies and businesses which have the potential for operational improvement and would benefit from consolidation.

CIG raised £3m in order to gain an AIM quotation and attract the support of a select group of institutional investors to help fund future acquisitions.
