Singer appointed Financial Advisor and Corporate Broker to City of London Group PLC

Announces the appointment of Singer Capital Markets Limited as Financial Advisor and Corporate Broker to the Company with immediate effect.  

City of London Group is a Closed- Ended Investment Fund centred around specialist financing (within the SME and professional services sector) and alternative fund management.  

Activities lie within:

1. Operating investments in subsidiary groups:

- Legal/ Professional Finance: Therium, St Helens Finance and City of London Law Funding;

- Secured SME Finance: Trade Finance Partners and Credit Asset Management.

2. A legacy investment portfolio predominately within mining and energy sector.
