£87 million IPO & two secondary Placings for Springfield Properties

Singer Capital Markets acted as Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker to Springfield Properties (SPR.LN) on their IPO on AIM in October 2017 raising £25 million with a market capitalisation of £87 million on admission.

Following its IPO, the Company successfully raised an additional £15 million in May 2018 and a further £22 million in December 2021, which was used to support the Acquisition of Tulloch Homes.
