Sandy has over 35 years’ corporate advisory experience in the London market across a broad range of advisory and capital markets transactions and sectors. Over the last 20 years he has specialised increasingly in public M&A advisory transactions. Sandy joined Brewin Dolphin in 2002, becoming a senior member of Singer Capital Markets’ Corporate Finance advisory team following the merger of Brewin and Singer Capital Markets in 2012.
