In response to demand from institutional investors, Mike Danson, CEO of GlobalData, has sold 1.7 million ordinary shares in the Company via an accelerated bookbuild placing to institutional investors at a price of 540 pence per share (c. £9.2m).
The placing was managed by Singer Capital Markets, acting as sole bookrunner.
