Operations Director
Paul started his career as a messenger in 1986, graduating through the market floor to become a trader. He found his calling in Operations a few years later and has managed Operations teams ever since. Many projects and innovations later Paul remains passionate about our industry and ensuring knowledge and ethics are passed on to future generations.
Outside of work, Paul plays golf and tennis and enjoys spending time with his two adult children and two dogs, Heidi and Rolo.
