Singer Capital Markets acted as Sponsor, Financial Adviser and Sole Bookrunner to Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust (‘DORE’) on their IPO to the London Stock Exchange’s Premium Segment of the Main Market, raising £122.5 million on admission.

June 2020: Singer Capital Markets is appointed as Sponsor, Financial Adviser & Sole Broker following a virtual pitch

 

August 2020: Pilot-fishing executed virtually across 10 institutions before the end of August. The entire process was managed by Singer Capital Markets, ensuring seamless communication, despite the remote nature due to the pandemic.

 

September 2020: The Singer Capital Markets team signed up several intermediary platforms and produced retail flyers, as well as organising several management webinars.

 

November 2020: Singer Capital Markets coordinated a 4 week remote roadshow, resulting in broad support from institutions, wealth managers and retail investors.

 

December 2020: Successfully closed the IPO in December, raising £122.5 million. It was one of only seven Investment Fund IPOs in 2020.
