Recommended Sale of The PRS REIT Holding Company Limited

Singer Capital Markets is delighted to be acting as Financial Adviser on the £628.86 million Recommended Sale of The PRS REIT Holding Company Limited, which holds the entirety of The PRS REIT plc’s portfolio of property assets.

 

Should the transaction be approved by shareholders, the Company expects to have net assets of approximately £630.88 million, equivalent to 114.9 pence per Ordinary Share. The Company intends to seek further Shareholder approval for the voluntary liquidation of the Company with a view to distributing the Company’s net assets to Shareholders as soon as reasonably practicable. The estimated net assets figure of 114.9 pence per Ordinary Share represents a premium of c.27.43% to the volume weighted average price of 90.14 pence per Ordinary Share for the six months prior the announcement of the Company’s Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process.

 

This transaction represents the conclusion of the Company’s Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process.
