The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 league table ranks Britain’s 100 private companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three years. It is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each December, with an awards event the following May.

Over 22 years, 5,300 companies have featured on the 114 league tables, and the latest league table showed all companies with increased sales by an average of 78% a year over three years, from a total of £623 million to £3.1 billion.

On Thursday 16th May 2019, Fast Track hosted their 22nd Annual Conference and Awards Dinner at Mill End House, Oxfordshire. This year’s topic, which covered the “Importance of, and differences between, Gen Z & Millenials as staff and customs”, featured presentations from David Stillman, Co-founder of GenzGuru, Callum Negus-Fancey, Co-founder & Chief Executive of Verve, and Neil Simpson, Director of Global Business Development at BrewDog, as well as a panellist discussion with entrepreneurs including Ben Francis, Co-founder of Gymshark, Susie Ma, Founder & Chief Executive of Tropic Skincare, Rachel Horsefield, Chief Executive of The Hut Group and Arian Kalatari, Co-founder of LADbible Group.

As extremely proud sponsors of Fast Track for three years, we were delighted to sponsor the ‘Innovation Award’ for another year. Presented by Tim Cockroft, Chief Executive and Founder of Singer Capital Markets, the award was won this year by Revolution Beauty, and presented to Co-founder’s Adam Minto and Tom Allsworth. Adam and Tom launched the first Revolution Beauty product in 2013, under its Makeup Revolution brand. The serial entrepreneurs established what they thought would be an ecommerce-only line, but the products proved so successful that Superdrug picked up the brand within six months. The Kent firm sells its cosmetics at affordable prices – lipsticks start at £1 – and has built its brand through innovative social media marketing.

Many congratulations to all of the award winners, nominees and companies listed on the 2018 Fast Track 100 league table.
