The additional capital will help support the Company’s continued international growth and product development.

The financing will be managed by Singer Capital Markets’s Technology Investment Banking team, led by Richard Kauffer and Harry Gooden, in conjunction with Singer Capital Markets’s strategic shareholder, Alantra, a global investment banking and asset management firm focusing on the mid-market with offices across Europe, the US, Latin America and Asia.
