Rockwood Strategic plc:
IPO on the Premium Segment of the Main Market
Singer Capital Markets is delighted that our client, Rockwood Strategic plc, has admitted its entire issued share capital to listing on the Premium Segment of the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
Trading in the existing ordinary shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously. The Company’s ticker, ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.
Congratulations to everyone at Rockwood Strategic for achieving a fantastic milestone!
Noel Lamb, Chairman of Rockwood Strategic plc, commented:
“The U.K. has many attributes for investors, not least a long-established, regulated stock market. Small companies make up the vast majority of this market by number and the Board believes the strategy’s highly selective, value based, approach is differentiated and will deliver for shareholders over the long-term.”
Richard Staveley, Fund Manager for Rockwood Strategic, commented:
“We are delighted to be joining the main market. U.K. equities appear undervalued when compared to history or key overseas markets. Smaller UK equities offer a rich and diverse hunting ground for attractive investments. We seek to continue the outstanding returns of recent years, growing our shareholder base and focusing on our goal of compounding wealth long term, using the experience the team has built over multiple decades in this specialist area.”
“We’ve been helped by a fantastic team during this IPO process. Singer Capital Markets, led by James Maxwell, have been fantastic.”
Singer Capital Markets is acting as Nominated Adviser & Sole Broker to Rockwood Strategic plc
