YTD Singer Capital Markets have completed 15 transactions, ranking us as one of the top 5 Investment Banks by number of transactions in the UK. Specifically as Financial Adviser, we are ranked as the leading firm for volume of transactions, which equate to the value of £553 million.

In Q3 2019, the report recognises two of our most significant transactions:

• Hipgnosis Songs Fund Ltd. was ranked as the 3rd largest transaction in the UK for their Placing & Retail Offer with a proposed raise of £300 million (September 2019). Singer Capital Markets is acting as the Company’s Financial Adviser & Broker.
• IMImobile Plc was ranked as the 4th largest transaction on AIM for their Accelerated Bookbuild raising £20.25 million (July 2019). Singer Capital Markets is acting as the Company’s Joint Broker.
