We were delighted to present an award at last week’s North East Top 200 event at Ramside Hall, Durham. This annual event celebrates the region’s largest and fastest growing companies.
Whilst the top listed companies category recognised the success of the likes of Vertu Motors, Bellway and Greggs, the top private equity backed company, sponsored by Singer Capital Markets, was won by Froneri.
With a longstanding presence in the North East and an office in the centre of Newcastle, we are proud to be associated with this event, having worked alongside many of the region’s leading companies over the years.
Most recently, we acted for Quantum Pharma in relation to the recommended offer by Clinigen Group plc to acquire the company. The acquisition was completed some 12 months after we helped Quantum to raise £15m on the AIM market to execute management’s strategy.
We are always keen to meet ambitious businesses in the North East and, in particular, to advise private companies on the transition to life on the public markets.
