Singer Capital Markets is delighted to have been appointed as Nominated Adviser & Sole Corporate Broker to REACT Group plc alongside a Placing raising £5.5 million for the Company.
The £5.5 million was raised through the placing of 458,333,332 Placing Shares at the Issue Price of 1.2 pence per Placing Share. The Placing Shares represent approximately 90.2 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
The net proceeds receivable by the Company will be used to strengthen the balance sheet to support the Company’s acquisition growth strategy and general working capital purposes.
