We are pleased to confirm that Singer Capital Markets and Dowgate Capital have now completed our transaction which involves the transfer of certain personnel and client contracts of Dowgate Capital to Singer Capital Markets. This represents an important milestone in strengthening and expanding the capabilities we provide to our clients across public and private markets.
This combination brings together two highly complementary teams, enhancing our corporate advisory, research and sector coverage capabilities, and broadening the depth of expertise available to clients. The team from Dowgate Capital – led by James Serjeant – brings a long-standing track record of advising high‑quality growth companies, particularly across TMT and Support Services.
The combination enhances our corporate advisory capabilities with additional senior expertise and deeper sector insight, while broadening our research and coverage to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven market intelligence. It also creates a more diversified and better-connected corporate client franchise across public and private markets. Importantly, clients will continue to work with their usual Singer contacts, while benefiting from the increased scale and strengthened capabilities of the combined platform.
