Steve Pearce appointed as Chief Executive Officer

Singer Capital Markets is delighted to announce that, subject to FCA approval, Steve Pearce will be appointed as the firm’s new Chief Executive Officer.

With over 20 years’ of City experience and having spent the last 2 years as Head of Investment Banking at Singer Capital Markets, we are thrilled that Steve is taking on the role of CEO. His extensive expertise and knowledge of our business will ensure the firm drives forward during its next stage of development and continues to deliver a preeminent service to our clients.

Tom Salvesen takes on the role of Head of Investment Banking, having acted as Head of Corporate Broking & ECM at Singer Capital Markets since joining in 2018.

Our current Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Tim Cockroft, will step into the role of Chair (subject to FCA approval); replacing our existing Chairman, Fred Vinton, who steps down from the role after 6 years.

Commenting on his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Steve Pearce said:
